I have been on Abilify (as well as Duloxetine) for 7 years. My sleep problems have only gotten worse with time. In the beginning I wouldn’t be able to get to sleep until midnight. Then it stretched to 2am. Then to 4am. Now some days it stretches to 6am. And it’s not like I am able to sleep all day either. I can maybe sleep til 10 or 11 and then I wake up, not very well rested.

Abilify unfortunately is notorious for disrupting sleep. I was on the injection (horrible, wouldn't recommend it) and it gave me full blown insomnia. I took low dose Mirtazapine to aid sleep, you could try that I guess but not sure you want to add another med to your combo. Maybe you could try melatonin or something

Unfortunately deep sleeps are non existent on Abilify. I take an occasional zopiclone 7.5 mg to mimic a nice big sleep but even that doesn't do it. I know it's not ideal but the trade-off is still worth it. You won't be on it forever and the occasional deep sleep will be greatly appreciated.
