“this right here is the BOMB. it melts onto the skin so nicely and it doesn’t leave a white cast at all. it gives the skin a very nice glow. absolutely the best sunscreen i have used. i got the kids one instead of the original one cause it has a higher spf and its much cheaper. it’s 100% vegan, cruelty free, and fragrance free. and it’s black owned. you can buy it on the black girl sunscreen website and they sell it at target. i highly recommend it 🙌🏾”
U/TEDDIVAN96 ↗“Like others have said, this post isn’t helpful without more information. From what I found online, [BGS is being sued](https://oag.ca.gov/system/files/prop65/complaints/2022-01323C7722.pdf) by Environmental Health Advocates Inc. for “failing to inform the people of exposure to benzophenone, a known carcinogen”.”
U/ZEYNA92 ↗“Not worth the hype at all. The just put “black girl” on a product that isn’t really tailored to us. This thing made me look oily as heck and I couldn’t live it down at my family get together. Everybody was saying they wanted to fry chicken off my face because I was such a grease ball. I was stuck in the bathroom blotting and using powder that I finally raised the white flag and washed that junk off. I do not have oily skin, we can say I have combination skin to give this product benefit of the doubt. I’d rather be seen with no eyebrows then having makeup gravitate on my face due to oil.”
