Oxalates can bind to minerals like calcium, zinc, and magnesium, potentially reducing your body's ability to absorb these nutrients from the seeds. And believe me when I say, you do not want kidney stones!!!! They suck to have, the hurt like a MF and the removal/treatment of stones was most likely developed during the Inquisition!”
