They are notorious for OVER hyping things, to the point where if someone doesn’t get results/feel something, they think it’s bunk. Oxalates can bind to minerals like calcium, zinc, and magnesium, potentially reducing your body's ability to absorb these nutrients from the seeds. And believe me when I say, you do not want kidney stones!!!! They suck to have, the hurt like a MF and the removal/treatment of stones was most likely developed during the Inquisition!”
