I am shook. Cause I am using same recipe since lockdown. I have been using coconut oil+castor oil+rosemary +alovera gel +some water for like 6 months or so regularly. I am happy with my result. I thought I was only one who diffuse some water in hair oil to make it lighter. I don't have hairfall right now. My hair is shiny and healthy. Thanks for validating my recipe.

Definitely not for the hair. Coconut oil is comedogenic so you’re likely to break out around the hairline. Raw oils are generally not recommended for skin and hair. Over time they’ll create a film over the hair shaft that prevents your shampoo and conditioner from penetrating fully and your hair will feel soft to the touch but be very dry and brittle

You can mix it with other ingredients or use it sparingly depending on the hair type but it dried my hair out

Add context that might help others — skin type, conditions like PCOS, what you'd tried before. The more specific, the more useful.
