My number one 100% best gut health tip? Boots odourless garlic supplements. Garlic is a prebiotic, I don't know exactly how it works, but it definitely makes the most difference of anything I've ever tried. I've had a lot of gut issues due to alcohol abuse, so I've tried everything. Garlic pills are crazily effective. Kefir is probably next in line, but it's full of extra calories.

Bloting is mostly genetic. No amount of a milky drink is going to stop bloating, if anything it'll make you bloat more. If you're the type of person that bloats after eating, that's probably one of two things, 1 you're genetically engenered to bloat or 2. you're eating habbits need re-evaluating. Are you eating more than your portion? Are you eating healthy foods? Are you eating foods that cause bloating?

There are multiple reasons you could be having bloating issues. 1) The milk you are using for your kefir may not agree with you/your grains. 2) You may not be making proper food combinations with your kefir, such as the mango kefir smoothie, which can cause digestive chaos for those without great stomach strength. 3) Finally, if you are consuming as is, undiluted kefir may be too heavy and sluggish on your guts, which is a likely reason for bloating. Try to make adjustments to how you consume your kefir, such as diluting it into a seasoned lassi.
