Lymphatic drainage can help with temporary puffiness, but for the face it’s usually more about gentle, consistent movement than stronger tools. Most of the fluid shifts are short term rather than something that permanently changes things. Things like sleep, hydration, and even how your skin barrier is doing tend to have a bigger day-to-day impact on facial puffiness than devices.

On top of the brow bone and under the eye, then what is called fanning - so three strips from the ear to the neck, then also above the eye. The k tape stimulates the skin both pulling it away from the lymphatic system and tricking it into believing there is movement. The reason I think it worked or how I figured it out was that the swelling got worse when I was sitting for long periods of time and a little better when I was walking.

If you search big 6 and stop chasing pain on YouTube it should come up and he explains it, basically a quick like three minute massage on the six main lymph areas and what order they should be done in for the best flow. It’s collar bone, neck, armpit, belly, groin/leg crease and then back of knee. It’s easy to do anywhere so I’ve been consistent which helps!
