hey, also a severely constipated girl 😭. i just started magnesium citrate powder a few nights ago. it’s been working better for me than other laxatives and i experience less bloating compared to restorolax. i really like it! it gives you rumbles and runny stool but its nothing crazy or nothing im not used to. no pain or cramping. non constipated people will drink 2 teaspoons of prune juice and talk about how they were fighting for their life in the bathroom 😭. our gi tracts are stubborn so i don’t think it’ll be that crazy. good luck, hope it works for you 💜

Just took a half bottle of this at 430pm mixed with a full bottle of Gatorade. I've had to chronic constipation for the past 6 months. I have a doctor appointment next month to talk if I have ibs-c cuz in another 2 weeks I'll be this way again. But Holy shit! I took a nap and woke up refreshed an hour later like i was actually going to poop. And poop i did. I starting shooting out turds shaped like ak47 sized ammo so fast that I would have been banned by congress as an assault weapon and the Geneva convention would have banned me for chemical warframe.

Sounds like a fecal impaction when watery stool passes around the hardened mass. Usually when it gets to this stage they manually remove it or when it’s life threatening they’ll surgically remove it. You’ve just got to keep going back to doctors I’m afraid until they sort you out. Magnesium doesn’t work for me either by the way.
