It really depends a lot on the quality of coffee and mushrooms. At first I bought nn brands and even after 20 days there was zero effect. Then I switched to Mud Wtr and that's when I saw the first results. I wasn't particularly anxious to begin with, so nothing changed about my anxiety, but I did become more self-confident. But the problems with jitters persisted, so I switched to Everyday Dose which simply contained L-theanine, and mayb it helped me fight the tremors. So I think u need some more time to see real changes

I've been doing this for 9 months now, by the way. And I am the happiest I have ever been in my life. I feel normal. Baseline. Okay. Average. WHICH IS SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER THAN NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. In addition to 400mg of L-Theanine and 1500mg of GABA.

You get minimal benefit with mushroom coffee. Most beneficial compounds coming from mushrooms can be extracted via hot water or alcohol. When using mushroom coffee, you only get a small amount of the mushroom’s benefits through the brief moment when hot water passes over the grinds. If you were making a duel tincture, you’d soak the mushrooms in high proof alcohol for a few weeks, strain it, then boil down the residual for a few hours. You would then combine the alcohol extraction with the water extraction at a specific ratio. Usually 8 to 9 parts alcohol and two to one parts of water.
