I preach this so often people must think I work for Big Peppermint. I find it so helpful for IBS issues. From what I read it relaxes your organs so if your colon is spasm causing diarrhea then it will help it relax. That's why it will also help constipation. I grow 4 types of mint in containers because I love it so much

Careful with that, mint can go either way on the acid reflux. While mint tea can be soothing for some digestive issues, it can also relax esophageal sphincter, making reflux worse.
