Prazosin honestly saved my sainity and probably my life. I was so scared for a while to go to sleep that I was driving to work without sleep in a constant state of dread, due to being afraid to sleep because of night terrors. It was the first step that got me good sleep so I could work through the trauma during the day with a therapist, take it early than expected before bed and let your body get used to it. It can make you faintly, so just be weary to go to bed early durring the get to use stages.

I took prazosin for PTSD nightmares and it did lower my blood pressure too much. I passed out in the hallway after getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I do not think this means you shouldn’t try it! It just didn’t end up working for me. I take cyclobenzaprine now.

I feel like Prazosin has changed my life. I seriously feel like I slept for the first time in years.

Add context that might help others — skin type, conditions like PCOS, what you'd tried before. The more specific, the more useful.
