I have been making a rice water based toner for about 5 years now. I make the rice water and then add fresh aloe gel, a little bit of 2% acid, a few drops of glycerin and red seaweed powder. I use it as a toner morning and night before my serums. And for all of y'all commenting that it sounds quacky or weird Japanese women have been using rice water on their skin to help with discoloration and texture for centuries.

Not according to generations of Indian, Chinese and Japanese women. It's totally natural and using up leftover water. It's fantastic.

I boil rice, to make it soft then blend it in a blender with the leftover rice water to create a mask. I recently made it and am still trying it out but it leaves my skin super soft. I'm still adjusting the containment of it because it becomes solid when i put it in the fridge but so far so good.
