Obviously most ppl in the sub know this already - but this combo (sour + zero sugar + fiber) WILL have you on your toilet if you go too ham. PACE YOURSELF 🚨

I kept reading these warnings and bought a bunch of sugar-free candies to help me poop and nothing. Nada. Not even a belly rumble. Ymmv

Drink obscene amount of water with the psyllium husk. It'll do its thing but you need water. Or you can do one cap of off brand miralax with 8oz of water. It took like 3 days for it to do something, but now I do regular turds in the morning. It's safe to take long term (per my million GI docs). Warning: your farts will smell vile for those 3 days, but it's temporary. You need A LOT of water the first few days. It literally works by pulling water into the turds to make them less hard. No water? No workey.
